Yoga in the Loft

Join us for an evening session of Yoga in the Loft Mondays at 7:30PM! Mornings can be hectic with kids, school, work, etc., so get your zen on in the evening 🙂
The MANY benefits of evening yoga include:
- muscles are more hydrated in the evening, allowing for a deeper stretch
- relieves stress from the day
- allows for deep, restorative sleep
