Yoga in the Loft

Join us for an evening session of Yoga in the Loft Mondays at 7:30PM! Mornings can be hectic with kids, school, work, etc., so get your zen on in the evening with an hour of deep stretch yoga.
The MANY benefits of evening yoga include:
- muscles are more hydrated in the evening, allowing for a deeper stretch
- relieves stress from the day
- allows for deep, restorative sleep
